The State of Rhode Island requires candidates to complete a 45-hour exam preparation course with an approved school in order to sit for the state exam. The Westcott School Of Real Estate offers a fast-paced live course for individuals looking to succeed in this industry. This informative hands-on course provides the students with the knowledge they need to successfully pass the state exam and become a licensed real estate agent in Rhode Island.

The Westcott School Of Real Estate will provide you with a full package of instructions on what you will need in order to become a licensed real estate agent. The Requirements To Become A RI Real Estate Agent

- Complete 45 Hour Salesperson Course

- Pass The Rhode Island Real Estate Licensing Exam By 70% Or Better

Exam Schedule: The Exam Is Administered Weekly Through Pearson Vue Testing Services 

-Submit The Real Estate Agent Application With All Necessary Documents

-Receive Approval From Department Of Business Regulations

Fees To Complete The Process

Salesperson's State Exam Fee: $70.00
Salesperson's License: $130.00 every 2 years (prorated)

Application Fee: $10.00
Recovery Fee: $25.00

E&O Insurance: $213 every 2 years (prorated by month)

Board membership cost (agents must be a member of the board that the Broker is a member)
